Summer Reading??

DS started Eragon a while back. He enjoyed what he read but didnt have time to finish it. I just put it on hold for him at the library yesterday. They also have the audio/CDs for this book.

When I read about the upcoming transit of Venus recently, I remembered a great Thomas Pynchon book called Mason & Dixon that had historical characters who were working on the last transit. It reminded me that the last time I checked it out of the library I had to return it before I finished it (it's very thick). So I've checked it out again, and that's what I plan to read next (along with various cookbooks, and finishing up High and Mighty).

Does anyone know if Janet Evanovich is comming out with a new Stephanie Plum noves this summer? The last was,"To the Nines".

I just finished The Time Traveler's Wife . That was pretty good. It's a big book, but any easy read since the chapters are written in kind of journal format.

Yep -- Ten Big Ones is due out on June 22, 2004. I can't wait!!
