When would be a good time to book my room at the AKL for our summer of 2005 trip.

I will be calling on 7/1/04 to book my 7/4/05 rooms at the Polynesian. This way I will get the room view I want and when AP rates or codes come out, I will apply them at a later date. I've already started saving and I have enough $$$ for 10 nights at the Polynesian.

We're planning a trip for June 2005 and will book our room at the Poly as soon as we have our dates pinned down.

The past 6 trips we've gone in September or October but now that DD is in school we are going to start taking our WDW trips in the summer. Oy! Hope all of our experience helps us navigate the crowds!

My wife and I plan on going in the spring of 2005. A related question: once we book, we can apply different codes as they come out? Is there a certain way we can book to have this flexibility without penalty?
