Well summer isn't quite over yet! 
They didn't come to close the pool today. I actually called at 3 pm and was ASSURED that they are coming today. I understand delays. If they had said to me, "they are running behind but they will be there tomorrow", that would be fine, but I sat here all day waiting for them. Of course when it was apparent they no one was coming, I called but no one was there. I did leave a message however. Now I won't be here tomorrow because I made an appt.
