A couple of weeks ago, there was a great thread about summer activities for kids. I have searched for it with no luck. Does anyone have the link?
I left my job last week to work at home and be with my kids this summer. I am already anticipating the "I'm bored" mantra, which makes me crazy
. We are doing the summer reading program at our local library, and I try to take them to the pool a couple times a week. I'm just not so creative when it comes to activities at home. Lemonade stands were big last summer. They have a clubhhouse in the back yard (we converted the shed into their clubhouse, complete with a slide coming out the window). We don't have much of a yard and our street isn't safe to ride bikes on without DH or myself right there. I need to be able to give them ideas for fun things they can do while I'm working a few hours per day.
Any ideas and/ or the link to the previous thread would be fantastic!
