I'm down another 3.4 for a total of 7/30 to date.

Didn't get any "real" exercise in this weekend but I did go run and chase Zoe all over the park today. :sunny: Was a nice day. Tomorrow morning gotta get up with alarm and exercise. :cheer2: I can do it. :)

Happy to report positive thinking is helping - I lost 2 pounds this week!!
 

Don't know how often to update, but please add 4 more pounds to my total!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These challenge are "TOTALLY wicked!" like from the Incredibles!
 
Count me in. I would like to be down 20 pounds.
I will be gone at the end of the challenge. I am traveling with my daughter who is singing with other Nebraska high schoolers in Europe. Maybe I can make the challenge before I leave or at least it will keep me on track while traveling. We return the 24th.

Update once a week when you weigh. I will try to update every few days when I have time. :) Please remember to do total lbs lost to date/goal loss form. I take it you are 7/15 correct? Makes it easier to update. :) Thanks. Great job on the weight loss you are doing awesome as are a bunch of you.

I weighed in this week up 2 lbs so I'm up 1.5 since I was at .5/30 last week. This week I'm +1.5/30
:guilty: :sad2: Got back on track some but baked cookies today not a good thing to do when getting on track. I had 4 today. :guilty: Then I had a skinny cow ice cream sandwich man oh man are they awesome I have heard raves but never tried one until tonight.
 
well, since 3/15, I am down 4.5 out of 20. YEAH!!! So, please make that 4.5/20 for me when you update again! Thanks bunches!

I lost another 1.6 pounds, so that puts me at 4.2/25 for this challenge. :teeth:

Skinny cow, OH YEAH! My favorite one is the mint with the chocolate peanut butter running a close second. The Healthy Choice fudge bars and sorbet bars are also very YUMMY! Even my husband likes those! :mickeybar

Lost another 1.5 so I am at 4/25 pounds :flower: . I thought I had blown it all to pieces this weekend though. Someone in my family bought ding dongs. I ate 2 on saturday and 2 on Sunday. :guilty:

OK, I weighed in today and I lost 1.6 pounds (I was hoping for more, but I will take it). That puts me at 1.6/15 for the summer challenge.

I don't weigh in every week, sometimes every 2 or 3 weeks, so I won't have another weigh in until the end of the month. I hope by then I get my 25 pound clippie!

Slow and steady....

But, I'm really getting sick of the t.v adds "I lost 12 pounds in the first week with this special magic pill' I usually see them while I'm working my bum off on the tread mill.
 
Hi everybody!! The weather up north is finally warming up and I have been outside non-stop! My legs even hurt, so I must be doing something right!

I just left my WW weigh in and have another lose to add to my total. I lost 5.2 lbs this week (I gained .4lb last week so I guess I made up for it). So my progress for the summer challenge is:

13.8/30

I'm now 3/21.5 pounds...I'm at 180.5 and need to get to 162 by June 21st....oooh it's getting closer!! I'll feel much better if I'm 10/21.5 by Mother's Day....come on let's boot those pounds off!!! :)
