Here is the summary of our recent BWV resale purchase!

April 12: Reached verbal agreement
April 14: Paperwork returned to Timeshare Store
April 16: ROFR submitted to Disney
April 29: Disney waives ROFR
May 7: Closed
May 13: Entered in Disney system!

Wow, that is fast.

The contract we are selling was submitted to Disney for ROFR on Apr. 9 and we don't close until May 17. (just found out today that it will be later than that because the buyer sent a personal check and not certified funds)

I understand that you have to send a 20% downpayment with the paperwork, in your case April 12, but when did you have to send the balance?

We just agreed last night to a resale. Papers will be faxed to us today. We will mail 20% down. Timeshare Store says Disney has told them to expect 3 weeks for ROFR. Anticipated closing, when the balance is due, will not be until July, according to TTS. It could be sooner but no guarantees.
