Ok- Let's say it;s not a money issue- which would you choose? We need 2 rooms anyways (2 kids, and 2 adults who don't want to go to sleep at 10 with the kids), so what's the difference between a suite- say at the Coronado Springs and the Boardwalk Villas? Thanks all!
Amy

Are you looking at a 1 bedroom at the Boardwalk? If price isn't an issue I would pick the boardwalk, you can't beat the location compared to any moderates. You will have laundry facilities plus a full kitchen, large masterbedroom and sleeper sofa in the livingroom. We don't like to go to bed early either so we feel we get more out of our vacation getting seperate bedroom. Plus you can't beat those private balconies.

Does a one bedroom suite have a completly enclosed bedroom and an attached living room? Is there a site with a map/layout?

A villa will have a full kitchen, living area with fold out couch, master bedroom with a large bath (whirlpool tub and shower) and a washer/dryer in your own unit. Plus, the Boardwalk area is a great location!

www.allearsnet.com has pictures of all the villas and different types of resort rooms.

Prices vary depending on season. Prices are listed value, regular, peak & holiday

Jr Suite - double = $290, $335, $395, $435
Jr Suite - king = $310, $360, $425, $455
VIP Suite double - 1 bedroom suite = $580, $635, $705, $775
VIP Suite king - 1 bedroom suite = $580, $635, $705, $775
Executive Sutie - 2-bedroom suite = $860, $940, $1,010, $1,140

I think all the suites are located in casita 1. Visit my website below, scroll down to the link section at the bottom and click on the 2nd link from the bottom for pictures.

I was offered a suite with the AP code when none of the rooms were available at that rate.

Buzz2001-
How long are the bus/boat rides- I know most sites say between 10-20 min, but are there long lines for busses- long waits when returning from the parks- (other than at peak times)? I like your site a lot. Thanks very much for putting it all together.
I am sure I have mire questions, but it's 6:23 a.m. (THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!!! WHo is more excited- teachers or kids?!?!?) and the coffee hasn;t kicked in yet! Mommy Needs Coffee!

I would of course pick the BWV which is why I purchased the DVC there. Two of the three parks we go to the most are almost right out the door. We have walked from the room to Epcot...MGM is a little too far for that. And after a long day when we're tired, the whirlpool tub is great. Plus we don't pack half as much any more, since we have the washer and dryer in the room. But we've stayed at the moderates and had a great time. I would prob. have a great time staying in a cardboard box behind the MK.

5 mins to Blizzard Beach
7 mins to AK
7 mins to MGM
10 mins to Epcot
12 mins to MK
15 mins to DtD

CSR is centrally located to most places at WDW

From what I understand the suite at CSR is not much more than 2 rooms connected to each other ? Haven't stayed in one so not sure.

I'd still choose the BWV's as you'll get a full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, king bed in the master bdrm,a balcony....in room washer and dryer....the ammennites of the location alone would outweigh those of CSR.

As the others have said, if money is not really a factor, I would choose BWV over CSR. You will have many more dining options than CSR, although your kids may prefer the food court to the quick service options at BW. You not only have the BW restaurants, but also all the World Showcase as well as Yacht and Beach and Swan/Dolphin to choose from.

The one bedrooms have TVs in both the living room and bedroom. There is actually a split bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet in one and a sink/vanity and jacquzzi tub in another. It speeds up the getting ready process in the morning.

Proximity to both Epcot and MGM is great. We've actually walked to MGM;it's not too bad if it's not hot. It's about a 10-15 minute walk.

The one bedrooms at BWV have a sofa bed in the living room, right? I think that's the ticket then (not like an E-ticket, but almost as groovy)!
Thanks to all!

WHOO HOO- SCHOOL'S OUT!

Yes, the one-bedrooms have a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. There is also a VCR in the living room (I hope they change that to DVD soon as BCV and SSR have them in the 1 bedrooms).
