Suicide Attempt? Warning, very disturbing.

This just breaks my heart. Wesleyan University is in Middletown, Ct. I can't imagine the pain that this girl is going through nor that of her parents. Haven't you seen pictures of people dousing themselves with gasoline and setting themselves on fire to protest something?

This is just sick. Nobody commits suicide in this manner.

I too wonder why the need to post this on a Disney trip planning site.

I pray that her suffering ends quickly and the the person(s) responsible are brought to justice.

Doesn't sound like a female behavior to me though, I thought females choose more passive means because they are often considerate of who they leave behind. I hope the police do a good job with this one, it just doesn't sound right.

I love odd stuff. I am made of odd stuff. This is not odd in any way. Plus the OP seems to imply it was suicide by putting it in the title.

The reason I opened it was I thought her child or grandchild might have been the one and was going to give my condolences.

...disturbing tragedies, horrible murders, child abuse...anything and everything in the news.

I believe OP lives close to where this girl was found. I'm sure that has an effect.
