I'm looking for a suggestion as to which of the two Disney water parks would be better for our family.
Besides my wife and I, we will have an almost 1 year old, who won't be able to do more than maybe play in a splash area under close supervision. We also have a 7 year old who can swim a bit, but is not a very confident swimmer - she would be uncomfortable swimming in the middle of a pool, and would probably try (but might not go more than once on) a slide that ended in a semi-deep pool that she'd have to swim out of. Anything where she has a tube or can wear any type of floating assistance would be great, though (and she might like the regular body slides, also - we'll see).
A quick glance at websites made me think that Blizzard Beach might be the better option for us, but I wanted to get any feedback. Since we'll be limited on what we can do with the 1 year old, we'll also want to be sure to have a place where at least one of us can sit for quite a while in the shade.
Thanks for any advice!

LONG story!) So I spent 8 weeks sitting at the top of one of the water slides in Tikes Peak... Between that area and Ski Patrol, I think your kids would definately enjoy themselves, and there are a lot more sandy & shaded areas at Blizzard Beach for relaxing and building sand castles! If you have any other questions about BB feel free to PM me!
