We are planning our annual June trip with my parents and they typically watch the kids one night and my DH and I go on a date. We have eaten at Artist Point and California Grill.
This year I was looking at Narcoosee's or Citricos, or possibly Boathouse or Bluezoo.
Any recommendations? Boathouse looks interesting but I prefer going to a resort over Disney Springs. I've read mixed reviews on Narcoosee's so not sure if it's worth the money?

We really enjoyed Narcoossee's this past October. Maybe the top meal of the trip. We stopped at Boathouse for drinks and snack and had poor service sitting outside. That may not be the norm but was our experience. Yachtsman is pretty good for steaks.

Really can't go wrong with Narcoosees, Citricos's, or Bluezoo. I have had excellent meals at each most trips. I have never tried Boathouse because if I'm in the mood for steak I go to Yatchsmen or Shulu's.

Really comes down to what kind of cuisine you wish to have that night.

I've eaten at all four and my vote would be bluezoo. The service and food are fantastic. We've eaten there multiple times and it's always been very consistent. We've eaten at Narcoosee's twice and both times have been major disappointments. Citrico's was pretty lackluster the last time we ate there in Feb. 2015. We really liked the Boathouse, but if you would prefer to eat at a resort, I highly recommend bluezoo! Call the resort directly for reservations! They have more availability than what you'll find on the WDW site and they won't ask for a cc hold.

Another vote for Narcoosses. Although, to be fair, I haven't tried any of the others you listed. Narcoossees is my favorite restaurant on property for dinner. Their cheesecake is AMAZING!

We were at Narcoose's last week for drinks on the verandah during Wishes. We didn't have dinner there, but it is now on my list because of all the delicious-looking things that went by us at the bar. And that view of the MK is fantastic!

Narcoossees is our favorite restaurant in WDW and is always our arrival night tradition (6 years, soon to be 7). I couldn't think of visiting WDW without an evening dinner at Narcoossees. I'll be trying Citricos and Bluezoo for the first time in June, but it's going to take a lot to bump Narcoossee's off the top of the list for me.

Narcoosee's has been a let down our last 2 visits. Our last experience, our server took our order and we didn't see her again until the end of the meal when she stopped by to suck up for a tip.

Boat House was also a disappointment. Food was nothing special and the entertainment inside was so loud that we could not talk to each other or the waitstaff.

Seems that the Dolphin restaurant's are giving a better dining experience.

We have been to all signatures except Narcoossee's and Yachtsman's. Our favorite is Citricos. Take a look a the menus and see what appeals to you, that's the best way. We thought the food at bluezoo was good, but portions were very very small compared to any other signature in all of disney. And more expensive. Narcoossee's menu doesn't appeal to me, the food looks a bit boring so we've never been. People love the surf and turf there it seems like and you used to be able to get the lobster surf and turf with the dining plan credit. So many people have been. But it just looks very plain, almost like banquet food to me...I could be totally wrong though.

Citricos has been absolutely amazing every single trip. Like wanting to lick the plate fantastic. We have also loved Flying Fish almost as much. We liked California Grill, Jiko, Artist Point, but not as much as citricos. At the bottom of the list for us would be Bluezoo (mostly due to portions) and Il Mulino.

We have been to all 4 of Bluezoo, Boathouse, Citricos and Narcoosee's. It really depends on the vibe and food you are looking for. If you are already leaning resort, cross off Boathouse (it was just okay for us last week). Bluezoo is a good choice if you are looking for seafood, but you will miss the Magic Kingdom area "action" such as water pageant or Wishes. If staying at an Epcot resort, this can make sense.

We have had great luck at Citricos, and consistently poor luck at Narcoossee's, with service. Food is good at both. But if atmosphere and Wishes are important, I can see Narcoossee's being a strong choice. Many DISers love Narcoossee's, which makes me think I've just hit it on bad nights.

We love Narcoossee's and have never had a bad experience. The wait staff are always checking in, and they will time the meal as needed. When we have had time and been there for date night it's a leisurely meal, but when we were headed back to the park for fireworks for my Mom and DS they moved it along for us. It would be my first choice from your list. Good luck!

We have eaten at all of the signature restaurants except BlueZoo. Our favorite is Narcoosee's. We've always had a great experience there and have eaten there at least 10 times.

While my wife and I enjoyed the Boathouse, we consider it more of a lunch experience (we like to see the boats, and aren't really impressed by night time water views since we have a house on the water).

Citrico's wasn't anything special. The food was good, but the room was blah and there was no view of anything where we were seated.

We just did the Boathouse this past Dec, was fantastic definitely worth the Signature status
