Donald's Tusker House brkfst was fantastic! Great variety buffet, and our 4 children got to meet Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy in safari costumes. The characters also danced around the restaurant with the children in conga line fashion!
Can't wait to try 1900 park fare dinner with the Stepmother and Stepsisters (hard to find characters in the park!), and Akershus in Norway (breakfast preferred) with the same princesses that visit at Cinderella's royal table!
Crystal palace is great for little ones with Pooh and friends. They also have a separate "little" buffet for the children.
Hollywood & Vine at the Studios has the characters from Little Einsteins, which my children loved, at a breakfast buffet (but the food was just...okay).
You might check out the Garden Grill at EPCOT, where Chip 'n Dale, Pluto, and Mickey visit, while the restaurant rotates around for views of "Living with the Land" ride at the Land pavilion!
Over at the Pioneer Hall at Fort Wilderness is the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue, which is a fun saloon show with dinner. And on certain nights at Ft. Wilderness they have Mickey's Backyard BBQ where you eat bbq ribs and chicken outdoors with Mickey, Minnie, Chip 'n Dale, and Goofy with a live band and line dancing!
Good luck!
