Suggestions needed for

wedding / reception photos that are not the standard "recipe" photos the pros take. I want to make the m-o-b a scrapbook - hopefully the morning after the wedding - so she can take it back to work with her! Help?

Try to take some photos featuring the details of the reception - flowers, favors, table settings, linens, cakes, food, wedding party's clothing, etc. The m-o-b will probably have been very involved in choosing and arranging and decorating, so she would probably appreciate seeing all of it in action - things she may have missed out on or overlooked during the real thing!

One really cute one we got was the Father of the Bride standing with his pockets turned out showing they were empty and a confused look on his face.

Will you be taking the pictures? If so, don't forget pictures of the guests. Most professional photographers don't get the guests.
