Suggestions for Vero requests

We will be staying at Vero Beach for the first time in August. We have a non-smoking one bedroom. Are there any other requests I should add to the reservation? I know nothing is guaranteed, but just in case...

Just request top floor with direct ocean view.... to go along with your non-smoking.

YUP....Inn room, non-smoking, as high up as possible...

FYI, I don't think they will even take an ocean view request any longer for the villas. They had so many people requesting it and so many people upset when they didn't get it.

I think MS started this policy a few months ago. Maybe someone can confirm this.
