Devils advocate here... If we push up room-ready to ... let's say 2 pm (for the sake of argument) If (big if) every, single, check out happens before 11 am that leaves 3 hours for staff to turn over rooms and villas. So let's say we have Nascar type mouse-keepers and they can flip and burn through their alloted rooms. But then we'll get a thousand posts about how "the rooms aren't white-glove" clean. A really messy family can trash some of the villas. Imagine if the staff has to clean the oven, microwave, fridge if people were truly sloppy. How about walking into a sink full of dishes on top of the mop/sweep/bath/bedding. What is the realistic expectation? Hire more? Up the dues? It's like running on a hamster wheel.
