Any suggestions for a route for a morning run on Castaway day?

Deck 4...

Deck 4 is the only place to go unless you want to use the treadmill which is in the spa. remember a hat of sunglasses if you choose the deck - the sun is very bright off the water in the morning.

On the island itself, just use the bicycle route, which is mapped out, it's pretty far though with little shade if you're not that advanced of a runner.

Ditto Deck 4.

Depending on how far you want to run, there's probably not enough on Castaway to give you a good distance.

Deck 4 bonus...after running on treadmills all week, I ran on Deck 4 on Castaway day last week and discovered that the turns, fore and aft, are enclosed and air conditioned! Plus there's a water fountain on the port side.
