Suggestions for Itinerary?

Any input would be appreciated!!!!!

We are arriving at WDW on Dec 19th (late PM) and leaving Dec 26th (early AM) Family is Me, DH, DS(11), and DD(4)

The only PS I have made is for the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package for Dec 24th.

What would you suggest for dinner on Dec 25th? I am leaning toward 1900 Park Faire?

We really enjoy dining out and splurge on restaurants while on vacation

What would be the best thing to do (or avoid) on Dec 25th?
I am going to try to get a PS at CRT for any day from
Dec 20-Dec 25 so plans may be changed/dictated by what day I get that. Is the following itinerary too ambitious? Do the parks we are visiting on each day make sense?

So far I have:

Sun 19th Arrive at 9:00pm
Check in at Polynesian Resort, Crash

Mon 20th
Animal Kingdom (EE), Epcot later on
Get PS for Bongos for dinner

Tues 21st
MGM (EE), Epcot Later on
Get PS for Jiko or Boma for dinner

Wed 22nd
Epcot (EE), MK Later on
Get PS for Flying Fish for dinner

Thurs 23rd
MK all day
Get PS for Ohana

Fri 24th
Animal Kingdom (EE) and then??
PS for Candlelight Processional

Sat 25th
??
Get PS for 1900 Park Faire?

Sun 26th
Checkout of Polynesian Early AM, Flight at 8:00am

I was looking at your dinning decisions and they look great--a couple of things I might suggest;
1. I don't think you can get a PS at Bongos
2. Jiko or Boma I might do on Mon since you will already be at the AK--that would put you closer to the restaurants
3. Wed. I might flip flop Epcot and MK - I know that its an EE day but Flying Fish is right there--again, less traveling time.

The rest of it would depend on the trends for that time of year and since I go either 2 weeks before or after Christmas I am no help there. Hope that helps?!?
