Suggestions for Dining with EMH Changes

I am pondering this back and forth and realised I should just ask here! I am going in 2 weeks with DH, DD4 and DS1.5. I made my ADRs at 180, then made my FP at the 60 day mark and it looks like the park hours may have changed between the 2. So now I am actually have 3 days with am EMH, which isn't too big a deal as we are morning people.

BUT, we have Ohana breakfast at 8 am (Apr 19) and were planning on doing DHS afterwards, but now it is a DHS am EMH day, so that seems like a bad choice to miss the EMH and still plan to be there for the busy morning. DS has so far only shown interest in Stitch as any character (has a stuffie at home and is the only one he likes), but I know he should also meet him in MK, so maybe not that big of an issue. We have also never been to Poly and thought it would be a great time to check it out. If we go to Ohana, the only think I care strongly about is not rushing it so we are sure to really take the time to enjoy it. We also have other character meals scheduled, as DD loves characters and DS loves food :)

The day before (Apr 18), we have our AK day, which now also has am EMH, but we are morning people so we could just be there for 8 and grab quick breakfast there. I would switch the days, but would lose our FPs as we are only 2 weeks out. I don't care much about the thrill rides as this trip is for the littles, and not even that much about Toy Story, but the Safari and all Star Wars/Frozen attractions/shows (with the exception of fireworks as the kids are early to bed types) are critical for us at DHS.

With this info, would you recommend:
1 - leave as-is, go to Ohana and get to DHS when you get there
2 - drop Ohana and go for both days of EMH
3 - switch park days and risk not getting good FPs
4 - some other magical solution I haven't thought of??? :)

Thank you for your thoughts and I apologize for the length of the post, brevity has never been my strong point!

I wouldn't do Ohana on a day that I'm planning to go to DHS especially with EMH. Its a lot of transportation on top of missing out on those hours. If you aren't going to make it for EMH, I personally would switch parks as the park with EMH is going to be busier than the ones without. This far out you can probably still get fp for everything except maybe 7 Dwarves Mine Train and Anna and Elsa. I'm local and can't book my fastpasses more than 30 days out and I generally have no trouble getting Toy Story within a week. The others are usually still available last minute.

I'd go with #2 - drop the ADR and go for both EMH days. Especially because your kids are young I can imagine it won't be too hard for the family to get up so early.
In my mind - it is just food and early park touring without the crowds or with crowds minimized is the key to my family's happiness!
