We will be in Orlando this December for a 4 night cruise and then two nights after the cruise. We are thinking Sea World and maybe Universal for a day each after the cruise. The issue is our departing flight doesn't leave until 6pm at night. I am trying to figure out what we can do for a half day besides sitting in the airport. We will have a rental car. Any ideas for two girls ages 9 & 3?
My other thought is switching our flight to the next morning to give us 3 nights after the cruise and 3 days for attractions (Sea World one day and Universal two days?). The only issue with this is that we will have a layover on the return flight.

. Kick off your final day at the Shrek Feast (a character breakfast featuring Shrek, Fiona and Puss In Boots), visit ICE!, and decorate cookies with Gingy the Gingerbread Man. Shop for a souvenir at their special ICE! store, and enjoy the holiday entertainment by the 54' Christmas tree in the 4 acre indoor atrium. Some days also have ICE! themed meet and greets (this year's theme is Frosty the Snowman), visits with Santa Claus, and I believe there's also a scavenger hunt that you could do as a family.
