Suggestion - Lunch/Dinner Buffet

How great would it be if USF/IOA or its hotels offer at least one restaraunt that would offer a buffet lunch/dinner. WDW offers this at several of its restaruants -- I bet it would go over big!

I think it would be great if they did do a buffet type lunch/dinner at a "REASONABLE" price....... and include the characters........ Spongebob, Jimmy Neutron, Shrek, Hulk, Spidey, Scooby +Shaggy, in my opinion the "nick" characters would draw a HUGE crowd.... but they would have to keep the price reasonable and the food would have to be good....... I think the place would be jam packed all the time. I know my son would want to eat EVERY meal there!

I think one of Portofino's restaurants has an Italian buffet.

In the parks, they sometimes experiment with buffets also (Circus McGurkus?).
I'd like to see a bottomless bowl of gumbo at next Mardi Gras! I thought Monster Cafe did a bang-up job as MG HQ this year.

I believe several of the hotels offer buffets - I know for a fact the Portofino has a breakfast buffet at Trattorio (SP?) However it's spelled, it's our favorite place for breakfast!
And I thought I saw in a trip report that Royal Pacific had a buffet (can't remember if it was breakfast or lunch).
I can't think of any places in either of the parks that have buffets tho.......
