Went from May 22nd- 26th. This trip was pure magic. So magical, that I am going back for 14 days next May.
I went to the 24 hour day Friday. I got to MK a little before 5 AM and made it to the front entrance (after the horrendous bag check line) a few minutes before the pre show. I got the most I got done all day between the hours of 6 AM-8 AM... was able to get on space, thunder, mermaid, peter pan... meet mickey, tinker bell and mary poppins with no wait. I then went to AK around 8ish made it by rope drop and briskly walked to the safari. Got onto the safari with no wait.. then everest, kali, trip to dawa, dinosaur and saw nemo by 12:45. We went back to MK for our BOG FP... I had preordered our food online, but they said they lost it. I had to stand in line and use the kiosks to reorder my food. The cast member said they were overwhelmed, the FP was supposed to be just a test and then it got out of hand.
I went to the FOF parade (front row, liberty square) then used my FP for Anna and Elsa.. waited five minutes= a blessing. Rode mine coaster twice, they had it open all day. We had a fastpass for Wishes, which was great especially since the park was wall to wall people at that time. I liked the rose garden view! We went to Cinderella Royal Table, it was awesome! Our server was fantastic as well as the princesses. The princesses all stated that they were not fans of Anna and Elsa. The only off-princess was Sleeping Beauty. I said I am surprised you are still awake? and she commented, "after this I am going home and going to bed." I said "huh?" then she caught herself.
At HS on Saturday, it was Star Wars weekend, but manageable. Was able to do everything there! Had booked my three FP's for the morning and then my party wanted to get a fourth one for the 10:30 Fantasmic. It was a good use of FP for that day because I knew the park would be crowded later. I lined up for Fantasmic at about 9:30ish, they let us in at 10. They sat you in the Mickey section.
At Epcot, it was very crowded. I got there at rope drop and did Test Track in 10 mins. I had FP for Soarin, Spaceship Earth and Nemo. Again, we were able to do everything we wanted to do here. I got a later FP for Malestrom. We ate at San Angel Inn and Via Napoli. San Angel Inn was OK for a one time thing. I LOVED LOVED LOVED Napoli, I will be back there. I had a great view of Illuminations. I was under the bridge connecting England and France. If you go down the steps, there is some stoops to sit on. Great view! After Epcot we went to Beaches n Cream to attempt the kitchen sink (we barely made a dint)!
Always go to Disney with a plan. Those who don't have a plan are the ones who get frustrated.
