Congratulations!! What wonderful news!! Do you want a regular house or a townhouse? Do you want to be near WDW? If so, there is a development of brand new townhomes going up on Reams road directly behind the MK. Each townhome will have a fenced yard. We are looking into purchasing one of these as an investment and letting our DD/SW rent it from us.
