Submarine Voyage Manual

This is a long shot, but I thought I would try.

I am looking for the Submarine Voyage manual entitled Setting Your Course on the Submarines:Story Guide and Operations Procedures.

I am specifically looking for the first few pages that tells about the history of the ride. I don't care of they are screenshots, photocopies etc. If anyone can help me, I would be most appreciative.

Will you be attending the D23 Expo in Anaheim (8/23-25)? If so, there are many vendors there who specialize in Disney memorabilia. Someone there might be able to help you.

Good idea -- they can be amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. Be aware that Expo is a super busy time for them, but if you stick with this, you should get some answers.
