I never recieved my suave products from august. did everyone else get them or was this a hoax. I am getting nervous

I received mine about 2 weeks ago(Sept5-9th) I think. I have them all packed for my trip.

So no it wasn't a hoax.

I received full size shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, hair gel, and body wash. I felt like I received a early Bday present. It came by UPS in a box about 9x6x6. It was pretty heavy also.

I did the same thing. I would suggest e-mailing them since the 6-8 week window is now long past. They told me the credit card wasn't charged and that they would send the coupons (which I haven't received yet).

Same here and I'm the one that poseded this offer.

I was told the same thing, I would get the coupons and then several days later I got the products. I was never charged for them. ~Mandy

Surprisingly - the shampoo was perfect for my hair!

I sent a note to 2 different e-mails. One e-mail was on my confirmation. That one is gina.aria@unilever.com. I also went to suave.com. After entering the USA site, the page will load, at the bottom of the page you will see "contact us". I sent a note through there. I'm not sure which one got me a response. It took almost a week before I did get a response. I still haven't received my coupons.

We got ours about 5 weeks after the request. We got the razors more quickly than the Suave stuff.

Now, if Pal Mickey would just come in, I would be a very happy camper. Maggie
