STVS Options

We have booked STVS for our Escape Wedding and am just trying to decide on a few details. I know for sure that we are going to go with the HD but I was wondering if anyone has gotten the raw footage with it? It cost an extra $100 and I don't exactly know that we would ever watch the raw footage but for some reason I'm thinking it may be a good idea to get Also has anyone done the live web cast? Our wedding is on a Monday afternoon so I doubt anyone will watch it but think it's a cool idea.
