I'd appreciate any information folks might have about what's available at the Sturdy Branches Health Club at V@WL, above and beyond the information available on WDWInfo, Mouse Planet, WDWIG, etc. My wife and I are relatively consistent with our exercise, and even though we know we'll be getting in 6-10 miles of walking in each day, and even though we're going to be doing some bike riding and swimming, we still will want to do a certain amount of regular exercise. I understand that as DVC members staying at V@WL on points, we have free membership to the health club. I'd guess that means unlimited use of the machines and weights and stuff, but no personal services, of course. My wife and I "play" with dumbells (we do The Firm tapes), but have never had any other introduction to strength training. Has anyone looked into the health club's offering of a personal trainer for an hour ($50 at one point). Was it worth it for getting a more generally introduction to strength training, and the machines especially, since we've never used any weight machines. Also, does anyone have a feeling for whether we need to call days or just hours in advance for that. I also have the same question about massages.
