YOAMD how does it work. Do the CM randomly pick somebody. Is it set up by your tickets or by a seat or what? Sounds so cool! DD is convinced that she will sleep in the castle. Fingers crossed for that one.

Supposedly it is determined ahead of time. For example: the person sitting in a certain seat on an attraction at a specific time/date for individual prizes or the Dream Team has a timer that tells them where to go for the group prizes.
Then the little things like pins, certificates, etc. I believe are up to the discretion of the CM.
