both - just depends upon who answers - soon it will only be WDTC,

WDTC generally charges a little more - but has a free (???) visit to WWOS included.

WDTC might require more down (instead of charging more)????

Whenever I've called the 1-407 W-Disney number, I get CRO. (That's Central Reservations for all you newbies) Just confirm that you want CRO, and not WDTC (Walt Disney Travel Co.)
By the way, no question on this board is "stupid". There's also a toll-free number, 1-800-828-0228.

Eventually it is suppose to be just one division. WDTC is suppose to be the one for packages & the CRO is for room only... but they will both operate under the WDTC logo, at least that is what I have been told. If you are doing a room only, you still only need to put a one night deposit within the 14 days & pay the balance upon arrival. If you are doing the package, you have to pay the balance within 21 days of arrival (I think)... hope this makes some sence to you... and I ditto the answer... there is no stupid question asked here. Only stupid one would be the one not asked...then you would never get the answer
