Trying to figure out if I should buy matching tshirts. It's myself Twin boys 13 & ds9. I don't think they will be interested in character tshirts. Was going to do matching colors. We all have Red Sox Tshirts... Anyone ever sport tshirts from there home city in WDW?!?! Just curious.....(never even thought if it until I saw a post here about families matching)
For the first time ever, my family did pseudo matching shirts for our December trip. We didn't want it to be too matchy so we took a different route. We each got a baseball tee with sleeves a different color. Then, we each picked out a different ride/attraction that is no longer there. We put a picture of the ride/attraction with "Take me to (name of attraction)" on top and then a little something below the picture about what is there instead:
My grandmother had a purple sleeved shirt that said "Take me to Mr. Toad's Wild Ride!" Then, below that, it said, "Oh wait... guess I'll take my great-granddaughter on Winnie the Pooh instead!"
My grandfather had a black sleeved shirt that said, "Take me to Superstar Television." Then, below that it said, "Oh wait... am I too old to audition for American Idol?"
My father had a maroon sleeved shirt that said, "Take me to The Skyway!" Then, below that it said, "Oh wait... I guess I'm walking instead."
My mother had a pink shirt that said, "Take me to Cranium Command." Then, below that it said, "Oh wait... now there are just bats in the belfry."
My sister had a green shirt that said, "Take me to Snow White's Scary Adventures." Then, below that, "Oh wait... Now I get to meet them all at one time!"
My husband had a blue sleeved shirt that said, "Take me to Horizons!" Then, "Oh wait... Mars is the new horizon."
My shirt had yellow sleeves and said, "Take me to The Disney Stars and Motorcars parade!" Then, "Oh wait... well, cheers for the premier attraction. Curtain up and on with the show!"
My daughter's shirt had red sleeves and said, "Take me to Dreamfinder." Then, "Oh wait... I never even got to meet him."
So we did that and it wasn't overly matching, but it was clear that we were all together. We all did wear Aggie shirts, as well. That wasn't planned, though. We all just wear our Texas A&M gear a lot. We got a lot of "gig 'em" and Johnny Football comments from other Ags and other members of the SEC, which was pretty neat.
