Stupid PS questions (MVMCP related)

I have never been to the MVMCP so I am not familiar with the PS guidelines for this event. I saw another post in which people are already getting PS for December?!?!?! Am I missing something?? Am I able to make PS for dinner on a MVMCP night now?

For MNSSHP and MVMCP they open up LTT only now at the same time as buying the tickets for the parties...

Then at 60 days out, the other restaurants will open up booking as well.

As far as I know, this is the second year they offered this.
