I know the subject of how formal is formal is an on-going one, but what do people wear AFTER dinner? For example, when they go to one of the clubs? Do most people stay in their dinner attire, or do they change into something comfortable?

EDITED TO ADD: I just noticed my new tags! Thanks Tag Fairy!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

If I was going to one of the clubs I would probably stay in my formal clothing as long as I was comfortable. But if what I was wearing was not comfortable(ate way too much, way too tight;) ), I would probably change.

I've seen people go both ways. If my husband and I have time to change, we do (and go in jeans or shorts). If not, then we're "dressy." Either way, you will fit in.

WHen I've had early seating, we dressed for dinner and wore those clothes to to show in the WDT (and obviously to the "inbetween" shows - cabarette and family game shows). If there was time after the show and the next activity (and there usually is) we change back into shorts and "nice" tops.

For late seating we usually change into our nice clothes for the show and dinner. After dinner we usually did NOT have time to change to get to the next activity so we wore our "dinner" clothes the rest of the evening.
