Stuffed Peppers in the CrockPot?

I would like to make stuffed peppers in the crock pot for tomorrow. I was just going to use my regular recipe and then just cook them in the crock pot.

Any tips for doing so? Should I make any kind of adjustments to the recipe?

Any ideas as to how long on what temp?

I would think you would need less juice to cook them in
I usually cook mine on the stove basically covered in tomatoe juice
I'd think half way covered in the crock pot would be good
