There is a fancy new supermarket near my job that has an olive bar. I think they brag it has over 30 varieties of olives and pickles. You put what you want into a plastic container, then pay for it by pound.
They have several types of stuffed olives that I'm crazy about. They're green olives and stuffed with things like almonds, preserved lemons, garlic, pickled onions, or tomatoes. They're a little rough on my digestive system, but I love the things!
They (BTW, the name of the store is the Fairway Market and it's in Paramus) also used to have them stuffed with habanero peppers. Those were great for clearing my sinuses.
They don't have them anymore and I'm thinking of Emailing the store to ask them to bring those back and add stuffed blue cheese to the menu. I've gotten them from the ShopRite near my in-laws, and they're very tasty too.
So, my question to you Disers is: Have you had olives stuffed with other yummy things? While I'm Emailing the store to ask about them, I may as well ask for other possible stuffings, if there are any out there that sound good.
