i saw this on the menu and was wondering what it is stuffed with? we will be staying at the caribbean beach resort-thanks :sunny:

It's stuffed with banana. Similar to Tonga Toast at Kona Cafe in the Poly, but IMHO not as good. Kona has the best Tonga Toast in all of WDW. You have to try it, though. It's really not that bad. I had it in December. Enjoy!

I had the banana stuffed french toast at CBR last August and honestly, it wasn't very good. It wasn't exactly awful, but still... I was not impressed with the breakfasts at CBR. I also had the chocolate chip pancakes and they were just OK. I think POP's breakfasts were much better.

Thanks! Overall how was your visit to CBR? I am a little worried since there seems to be some negative reviews on the resort board. I am in Fairfield, Connecicut! I can't wait for my trip!

My mother and I both enjoyed CBR. We were there in late August last year. The room was nice and clean, and was very quiet at night and early morning. Like I said previously, the breakfast food that we tried wasn't great, but we did have a couple of lunches that were good. The resort was very pretty, although it was big. We stayed in Jamaica, which was only a 5-or-so-minute walk to the food court across the bridge. I loved how Caribbean music was always playing on the bridge. Bus service was good, although each bus has to stop at every village along the way. I don't ever recall having to stand, though.
Enjoy your trip - when are you going? I'll be back in late August again, but this time staying at the Dolphin because of the low rate. I'm from Meriden, by the way.
