Studios - Bowls Included?

Are bowls (paper bowls or real ones) included with the microwave and mini fridge? I notice in our manual it says paper plates and plastic utensils are included, but it also says dishwashing detergent is included. (Why would we need dishwashing detergent for paper plates?) Am I missing something, lol ? I'm trying to figure out how we'll eat cereal in the morning without bowls. Thanks!

yes they are paper bowls included - it use to be only 4 - but the last time I got 8.

there are also 2 mugs - go for coffee, hot choclate, or soup - to main a few.

Paper bowls are included, as is a small bottle of dishwashing liquid (no dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent). You only get 4 bowls, though, so you may want to bring more.

I do not believe the paper/plastic items are replenished on trash & towel day, but I could be wrong on that. Perhaps someone else will know for sure.

Yes, there are some paper bowls supplied. I usually will give the plastic silverware a wash, so we can re-use it for several days. You can carefully wash the paper plates and bowls, just don't get them too wet. They will last a couple of days, at least until we get to the store to buy some.

Last week in an OKW studio I did not have any paper bowls, but I did have Tide laundry detergent! Go figure.

if this happens again - call HK - have them bring you some - this is one of the things that should be in your studio.

I would have called, but we really didn't need them this time. I thought it was amusing that we got Tide. AND - ordered a second set of towels and were never charged for them. Is that odd?

You can ask housekeeping for more paper supplies (including bowls.). They also replenish them on T&T day (or at least they did the last time I used a studio).
