Warner Brothers is by far the superior tour. It is a long tour, also and you are guaranteed a cool experience. You don't say when your travel time is, but keep in mind that if it's summer, hardly anyone is filming. All of the sitcoms are in hiatus until late August. The season finales of most TV shows are done about 4-8 weeks before being shown. Also, most cast don't work weekends, unless their are behind in filming, so weekdays are your best bet.
Also, you don't say if you have kids, but WB does have a lower age limit of 8 or 10 - not sure off the top of my head.
The Warner Brothers museum is on the tour and is one of my personal highlights (I used to go eat lunch there with my husband when he worked for the WB and then we would visit the museum.)
