Are daybeds available in the BWV studio's? How many people are allowed in a studio?

The studios sleep four plus one child under the age of 3. There are a few dedicated studios at BWV that have what they call a "daybed". It is not a daybed, it is a luggage rack. It is not suitable for anyone to sleep on. It is smaller than a crib and very thin and hard. My son hated it and he was 5 at the time.

Besides, you can't request the "studio plus" as these rooms are called. You may or may not get them. If you have 5 people who are 3 yrs or older, you will need a 2 bedroom villa.

The DVC resorts do not provide rollaways or cots. You will only have bedding and linens (including bath linens) for four.

We had a "studio plus" at the BWV a couple of years ago. The day bed (aka bench) is so small that our then 7 year old daughter couldn't really fit on it. One move over at night and she would be on the floor. I'd suggest you get an aero bed which we always bring now that our kids are bigger.

We had the studio plus this past June. It reminded me of a bench seat in a popup trailer; hard seat with a 1 inch foam cushion. We didn't use it as a bed. But, it's great to sit at while putting on your sneakers. We opted to use the playard for our 2 y.o. and he was very comfortable in it.

Btw, we had a dedicated standard studio and it was a great!
