struggling to find a villa!

im looking for a villa to rent from 14 dec 2013 to 28 dec 2013 along Formosa boulevard. ive tried owners direct and all of the responds so far have been no availability!
I realise these are xmas weeks and it is a popular location but does anyone have any tips, advice or know of any availability in this location for my weeks? We only need a 3/4 bed villa.

Just checked a TH we stayed in last Christmas but it is booked for some of the days. Have you looked at VRBO or put an enquiry on the WH site where you can put in your dates and type of home you want and await responses from owner who have availability ?
