there is still openings for April and May and July hasn't had a single taker. Check out what's available on the Stroller Swap list and pm or email me with dates you need.

to see if your name is on it. I'm getting 5-7 pm's a day requesting dates and I'm trying to keep up with them all. I will always send a pm when I add you to the list so make sure you check that!!!! Also please look to see if your dates are taken already, if it's by a day then that's ok since a swap can be done.
Currently I have 18 people on the list.

Ok, I'm beginning to get a little worried here that the swap might end before it's 4th turn!!!! I just had a cancellation from 4/5-4/11 and although DMRick has so wonderfully offered to stroller sit for us from 4/6-4/16 we don't have another taker until the 26th(dandelion) So pleaseeeeeee please if you know of ANYONE who might need a stroller from dates 4/4-4/25 or any variation there of please tell them to check this out!!!! I'm afraid to leave it at the lost and found for too very long....that's if they will even hold it for me.

Mom2, maybe the moderator could help you get a message posted across ALL boards. My assumption is there might be a Disney CM or an Orlando resident who could help out - but they might not necessarily check the budget or family boards. I know there is a very helpful WDW bus driver on the transportation board ... and someone else has a son who works in Epcot ...

My dh said if getting the stroller on 4/26 is a hassle or someone else needs it, we will pass. Then he also suggested we should also offer our single stroller to add to the mix! It's old, it's tired, but it could probably handle a few more Disney miles.

What a blast! Can I get in on the fun? We will be there April 19-26. With 4 kids, trunk space is precious! We are staying offsite, but hopefully we can work something out. Great idea...

My son is almost 7 and about 31/2 ft tall, only weighs about 50lbs. Do you think he would be to big for the stroller? He usually only wants it half the time and I like the extra storage space.

hmmmmmmm.... well it was bought for 5 yr olds that weigh between 35-40 lbs. I don't know about 50lbs though.....can I get back to you on that one? I'll have an answer for you next weekend.

Hi all. I've been waiting, sometimes patiently, for a long while for my account to be activated here. I appreciate you all so much. We will be at there from 4/15 to 4/22, and would like to reduce the stroller gap somewhat. We will be glad to take it from 4/15 to 4/18 or 19 until tiggercrazy arrives.

I had about 8 requests for dates, I added the names and sent PM'S with confirmation and or questions/answers and after just checking my tracking list have found that most haven't been read. It's important to check your PM's often because it may have valuable info in them such as swapping, supplies needed and messages from other swappers or myself. Also if you have your email blocked you will not get notification that you have a PM and the person before/after you will NOT be able to contact you!
Please don't let the swap slip away, this really is a great thing!!!

My eight year old daughter rode in it often, she is 65lbs, had no problems and it was no problem turning, I found it great.
I guess it lasts as long as it lasts, hopefully a few people will get to use it.

I have had a hard time keeping up with who has it when but......We will be getting there on April 10th and staying until the 26th. Our Daughter is 6 but sometimes gets very tired walking around and we never rent a stroller because it is so expensive so my poor husband carries her on his shoulders when she is tired.......so..... if noboby has it on those days or any part of those days I would like to try to work something out. Help please!

I just posted to this and realized that the person that I would get the stroller from is already there. Also I just noticed the list on the other posting and saw that it is already taken care of while we are there. So never mind. But what a great idea! I would love to know how long this goes for! This could become something huge! I will keep watch... and maybe it will be available the next time we go (not even planed yet but I know we will go again!)

I just looked up this thread, because I could not remember you user name. I did a search, and 4 pages came up, all different stroller swap programs. Isnt it cool we started something so great, and now it went in so many different directions - fridge swaps, xmas tree swaps, ect....

Dont know if you do the dis anymore, but just thought I would say Hi! and remind you of the great Dis tradition that you started (and I dare say, did all the work for, at least concerning our stroller swap!)
