We're going to Disney in February, staying at BLT. This is our first time taking our 2 year old. We're planning on renting a stroller from one of the outside companies. We've looked at Orlando Stroller Rentals and Kingdom Strollers so far, the prices are basically the same between the two, is renting from both these companies similar? Is there anything we should know about stroller rentals? Does BLT have a bell services desk, or will the stroller be picked up and dropped off in the Contemporary?

Any other tips to share when taking toddlers? We've visited Disney many times, but this is the first trip there's been a toddler in our group since the mid 90's when my brother was a toddler.

We used Orlando Stroller Rentals last week without issue. The stroller was there at the hotel waiting for us. It was in good working order. We had zero complaints. I will definitely use them in the future.

We used Apple Strollers. It was less expensive than Orlando or Kingdom, and we had no issues. The stroller worked, was ready for us at arrival, and the price was right.

We used orlando stroller in September because they had the specific stroller we needed. The city mini that many companies rent is too small for my daughter.

Kingdom and Orlando had the same stroller and with insurance, the same price. So it was a coin toss type situation.

I originally booked with Apple (7 months before my trip) and they cancelled on me 1 week in advance because they overbooked and ran out of strollers.

I ended up with Kingdom Strollers and was very happy. They include the parents console, the rain cover and a cooler bag in the price. So while it was more than Apple would have been, it wasn't as much more since Apple charges extra for all those items. And I knew I would get the stroller I need (whereas I would have no confidence that Apple would deliver the product!)

I've used both Orlando and Apple and they have both been fine. The stroller from Orlando was newer and cleaner and showed less wear the stroller from Apple was worn and frayed in the footrest but was half the price. I would feel fine to recommend either company and suggest you pick what is most important. If quality use Orlando, if you are okay With slightly less perfection to save 60 bucks for a week rental, then used Apple. I just turned in my Apple last night they delivered on time and drama free.
