In February we will be heading to WDW again (yay!) but this time my husband and I will have our one year old daughter and my sister will have a three month old son. My mom would like to rent a double stroller for the babies but the three month old will probably still want to be in a car seat in the stroller.....right? Is there a stroller company that has an attachment to put a car seat on the stroller? We are new to renting strollers.

Thanks! :lovestruc

I just got done researching stroller rentals. I do not remember seeing any companies that had the car seat attachment listed as an accessory - but you might try emailing the different companys and asking. The place I ended up going with did not have the glider board listed that I'd seen on some other sites, but I asked and was told that yes, they have them, and that they would add it to my order if I just let them know as soon as I placed my order that I wanted one. I'm awefully glad I asked, because I really wanted one, but the places that had them were much more expensive than where I ended up going with.

OK-I wonder if my nephew would have need to still be in his carseat in the stroller at 3 months. Thoughts?

Would you mind saying which company you went with? We'll be taking my 3 y/o GS down there in Feb and would prefer to rent a stroller from offsite. Which company does most people use?

I don't know if they have car seat adapters, you would have to ask. But we have used
orlando strollers to go and kingdom strollers and were very happy with both.

I think a 3 month old would be happy out of the carseat just reclined

Keep him out of the carseat, but reclined, more wiggle room and not as hot. No worries of your carseat going missing either!

I think the 3 month old would actually be comfier in a stroller that had a good recline rather than being in the car seat

We brought our ds at 4 months and did not use the car seat. First, they aren't recommended for long periods of time, and second they are really hot. When ds was awake we had him partially reclined with a head thing like the carseats have, and when he fell asleep we reclined him all the way. We also had an extra sunshade that attaches to any stroller and a fan to clip on.

I forgot to mention. You might not want to have the double. There may be points where you guys want to split up. Unless your sister would be ok taking here baby in a carrier or something if you need to split for a while, I'd get two strollers.

I would not drag the car seat around Disney. All the little one needs is a stroller that lays all the way flat.

I decided to try Baby Wheels. They popped up on a google search, and like I said, were cheaper than other places. I can not comment on them much yet, as we haven't had our trip yet. I can say that the email communication I have had with them has been prompt and professional (yet cordial).

Orlando Stroller Rentals seemed to be the most expensive of all the options.

Thanks! We're going the first week in Feb, so I need to reserve one, I guess.
