Stroller rental-pickup at frontierland?

I have read in the 2003 version UG that you can rent your stroller at the Mk entrance, catch the train to frontierland,(as rentals cannot fit on the train) pick up your stroller at frontierland somewhere. Is this the case now.

I never heard of that and have never seen any secondary stroller pick-up area at the MK. I do remember the UG talking about beating most of the crowd headed to Frontierland by taking the train, but I don't recall anything about picking-up a second stroller there.
