Background: My daughter is 4 and hasn't used a stroller at home in nearly two years. I, however, do still bring one with us on our vacations as little feet can only walk so far until they're tired. It's also convenient as DD, who has not napped at home for more than one year, does nap in her stroller while we're on vacation. I positively loved my Zooper but on our last trip using it (October '12) it was damaged when being loaded to the cargo area on the airplane. For our April '13 trip I purchased a Joovy 360 as not only did I love the features, but because of its weight limit it would have been one that my little one could have used for many trips to come. On our first night in WDW I had DD sit in it just to make sure I had the harness position right when low and behold, it had two flat tires. I used the provided air pump until my arms were beyond sore but it was to no avail - both back tires had leaks. I wound up having to rent a stroller on a day by day basis depending upon when/if my daughter decided she wanted to rest. And once we returned home, I sent that stroller back for a full refund. I have zero intention of purchasing another stroller.

Conundrum: I have since decided that for our WDW trips I'm going to be renting a stroller from now. At first I was 100% set on Apple as the price truly cannot be beat, but after reading reviews that the strollers were delivered dirty and, even more importantly, that people's rentals were being canceled mere days in advance as turned me off of them completely. Can someone point me in the direction of (in their opinion) the best stroller rental company? Is it Orlando Stroller Rentals? Kingdom Strollers? Magic Strollers?

I am at such a loss as to where I should rent through!

We've gone through kingdom strollers and orlando strollers before. Kingdom was slightly cheaper and had the same types of strollers. We've had good luck with both of them. :)

We have used magicstrollers.com twice in the past year for our twin grandsons and have been very happy with the condition of the stroller and the service. They are approved by WDW and can deliver to your resort. Loved them!:)

Yup magicstrollers has the best customer service and quality strollers hands down.

I went with Orlando last year. I talked to an actual human 2 times while trying to sort out how to close the dang thing down (don't have a smart phone so we couldn't google). Loved their customer service.

I tried Apple this year because it was half the price, and I hope I'm not disappointed. Based on nothing by my own crackpot theory, I think they've recently had a business model shift and now that they are pre-charging customers again (I booked in October and they charged my card at that time) I think they've sorted out the stroller shortage/cancellation issues. I called them last week and they assured me they have me down for my correct dates and the stroller I need.

If not, it's not the end of the world for me, I'm not planning on using it every day, and I'm hoping the slow season is slow enough for me to find another supplier last minute. Or, at least use Disney strollers.

Just be aware/ there have been multiple reports both from people renting strollers and wheelchair from apple that they took the money upfront and then never delivered- these are all recent reports. Some are still trying to get their money back but vendor is saying they DID deliver. To me, it's not worth the savings... I would choose customer service (and the price is totally reasonable too) at magic vs apple any day after all the negative posts of late.
