Is there some reason you want yo use Buena Vista?

I just checked magicstrollers.com for you and if I plugged the number of days in right you should be able to get a 6 day rental for $69.22. I might be off by a little, but check it out. We've used them for double stroller rental for our grandsons and are very happy with the stroller and the service. They are actually the same people that own Owners Locker and they are just a terrific company.

We are using Apple. Is magicstrollers allow to drop off at Disney hotel bell services? I thought Disney only allows 5 vendors to use bell services?

Magic Strollers is affiliated with Owner's Locker. We were able to return our Magic Stroller with our lockers. Such great service and quality stroller!

Just booked with Apple for 6 days ,double stroller $55.38 includes tax, insurance and they even launder and spot steam before every use.:thumbsup2

We have used baby wheels Orlando and have always loved them...but we were told in August that disney is no longer allowing stroller drop offs at the resorts. Is this true for all companies or just some?

To the best of my understanding, only Kingdom Strollers, Magic Strollers, and Orlando Stroller Rental are "preferred" Disney providers and can drop off with bell services. The others can rent you a stroller, but you have to be there to accept it when they drop it off, or you have to pick it up at their facility.

Apple Scooter is a "preferred" ECV provider, but not listed as a stroller provider. I don't know if that means they can drop a stroller off with bell services or not.

Yes, Magic Stroller's can drop off at Disney Bell Services. We just had our grandsons join us a couple of days ago and rented from Magicstrollers. Delivered perfectly and the stroller is great.

I wonder what Disney charged them for the "preferred" status....or what they offered to block competition. We have had nothing but great experiences with Baby Wheels, and they offered the City mini GT (definitely worth it over the mini) where not all the others do....and at a cheaper price. However, we usually arrive and leave at difficult times for them, so with the new policy, looks like we'll be switching companies. The pick up drop off is worth a little extra I guess.

Edit....Looks like going with kingdom will save me a dollar. Sweet.

Apple scooters has been an ECV rental company and they just recently added strollers. In order to get their name our there as now renting strollers they are offering the $5 or $7 for dbl per day insurance cost only. I'm sure it won't last too long. Once this promotion is over the price will increase.

Apple is preferred for ECV and strollers to be dropped off and picked up at bell services.

Just an FYI - We just got back from a 4 day trip and rented with Apple strollers for the first time. I don't doubt that they clean the strollers, but you may not get one that is cleaned...

When I went to bell services to get my stroller, they asked me to sign a sheet. Then they went back and got a stroller. There was nothing identifying it was mine, no name tag like the other companies. They marked down the stroller number on the sheet. I know it was not cleaned prior to me receiving it because I found a 1wk old receipt tucked into the crevice of the seat.

I just hope they didn't give ours to another family right after we left... DD went in her swim diapers on our way back from the pool :rolleyes1

Are there more than these 5 providers allowed?

Those are the companies that are allowed to drop off/pick up scooters/ecv at Disney resorts. Some of them apparently also provide storllers under the same contract with Disney although those are not their primary business.

There are only three companies that are "Featured Providers" of strollers - Magic Strollers, Kingdom Strollers and Orlando Strollers.

Other companies that provide these services/items can still operate at Disney, but they must arrange a delivery/pickup time with their guests as they can no longer use Disney resorts to manage delivery and pickup. I know that with the strollers, only the three largest companies were offered contracts and all three accepted. I believe that the largest scooter providers were also offered a similar contract, but not all accepted.

HI DOC, I was told by Apple that my stroller will be at Bell Services waiting for us. Will I have problems or since they are listed as one of the 5 for scooters.ecv will it be okay with the stroller dropoff

We have used Magicstrollers.com 2 times in the past 6 months for rental of a double citymini and have been very happy with the service and the stroller. The strollers have been in excellent condition and very clean each time, and they are well marked with a tag...with your family name.

We used Magic Strollers for 1 night and the stroller was in MINT condition.
