We are going to WDW without a car, and will need a stroller for our will-be 2.5 year old who is in the 90th percentile on the growth charts. His pediatrician calls him 'Hoss'.
He's not even two years old right now and he already weighs over 30 lbs. We are traveling through the airport, but are starting our vacation with a cruise, during which we won't need the stroller, so I don't want to pay to rent for those dates.
I saw that ScooterBug is the only company that can deliver to the resort if you won't be there, but the City Mini 2, at least on Amazon, has a recommended max weight of 20 lbs. But that can't be right... has anyone used this stroller for a larger kid and found it okay?
We do intend to go to Disney Springs the first day, so could pick up there, and I guess we could drop it back off at Disney Springs the night before we leave.
Is there an easier solution to this? I've gone to Disney a lot, but this is my first time with a kiddo.
