Our next trip to WDW will be the first one as parents so I have never had to deal with a stroller before. Animal Kingdom seems to be the worst park when having to deal with strollers (of course I could be wrong because we have never been there). Anyway, from what I have read it looks like you get on Kilimanjaro Safaris in one place and get off in a different area (is that the case?). Also, if you rent a disney stroller, what do you use when you get off of the Wildlife Express Train at Rafiki's Planet Watch? I would think I cannot put my stroller on the train. If I brought my own umbrella stroller I assume we could fold it up and take it on the train. Am I just totally confused?? Thanks in advance for any help I get!! Sandra

I can help you out with your question about strollers in the Safari, but not at Conservation Station....Anyway, as you go thru the line for the safari, you come to a place where you are asked to ditch your stroller. From there, it is just a bit further til the loading area for the ride. After the ride, as you head back toward the park, you will see signs that direct you back to the stroller parking area. Very easy to follow. And the strollers are so easy to maneuver thru the park as compared to an umbrella stroller. I'd recommend renting.

You cannot take the rental strollers on the widlife train however, they have some waiting there for you to use when you arrive. We have always brought our own stoller and just folded it up and brought it along. I have noticed that there are always plenty of Disney strollers waiting for others to use, but we've always gone in the off season so I don't know if they run out at the busier times or not.

Hope this helps.

Thank you so much! That definitely answers my questions. We will be there off season too (week after Thanksgiving), so we probably won't have a problem.

Kerri, do the strollers seem to be comfortable for the kids?
