Stroller hire at Disneyland Paris.

Hi there,

My husband and I are taking our 2 children (aged 3 and 1) to Disneyland Paris in September and cannot wait! We last went in November 2006, pre-parenthood

I was just wondering if anyone has ever hired a double stroller at the parks? We will have our own stroller for our 1 year old, however, were wondering if double strollers are available for hire incase our 3 year old gets too tired?

Also, is there anywhere close to or within the parks where we could buy whole milk for my son as he still loves his drinks of milk throughout the day and before bedtime?

Any advice would be appreciated!

iv not seen doubles but we ended up hiring one for a 4 year old on our first visit. it didnt occur he would need one as he hadn't used one at home since he was 2.
the first 2 days of the trip he was fine but he soon got tired and it was easier to hire one, so we both ended up pushing a buggy as we had a 2 year old as well.

Your 3 year old will get tired! I've been with both my kids when they turned 3 the last 2 years and they both had a sleep after lunchtime. The excitement coupled with the walking means a nap for them at some point.

If you have or can borrow a double stroller most airlines will let it on for free, I don't know about other forms of travel but I'm sure it would be the same. Your little one will definitely need it and then you can pop 3 year old in as required.

The only problem I'd have with hiring one is the need to queue to get one and then the queue to give it back. I think I also remember someone commenting there was also a charge if you wanted to take it out of the park.

We're planning to take a buggy for our kids this year aswell when they'll be 4 & 5, as I still think they'll need a rest at some point.

I noticed on my recent trip that the buggy's being a strange shape (not your average buggy) seemed to have a seat at the front that older kids were sitting on for a ride so to speak. I didnt have any experience of this as I had took my huge mamas and papas ultima as my baby was 6 months however it may be a possibility that your 3 year old can just sit on the front.

I also used to have a buggy board for my buggy when my son was born. There were 22 months between my first two and my daughter loved using the buggy board, we'd go everywhere on it as I dont drive and she managed just fine!

We haven't told our daughter we are going yet as we want it to be a surprise. She keeps asking if we can go to Disney one day so we cannot wait to see the excitement in her face when we arrive
