stroller free after ??

Are strollers free after a certain time ?
We have ap's for Universal and Disney and were thinking about a couple of nights going to Epcot after we leave Universal, to see Illuminations and walk around, but don't want to if we will have to pay 17.00 for a stroller for 2 hours!!

Nope not free. We needed one at EPCOT one night for 2 hours and we had to pay.
