We have a bulky running stroller that is just too big to cart everywhere.

I had a lightweight Combi stroller but I backed over it with our vehicle (no, there was no baby in it.)

I'm looking at the

Maclaren Kate Spade
Peg Perego Venezia
Peg Perego Aria

I want something with a large basket and I want a seat that reclines.

I also don't like the ones that recline using a string (the Combi had that and I hated it.) I want an actual bar or something that I can position with one hand.

So, any advice?

Thanks in advance!!

Hi, I am a total stroller junky but I have 3 DD's 6,4 and 3mths. You didn't say how old your child(ren) was but I am assuming and infant if you want the recline. I have the Peg Perego Pliko P3 MT and its awesome. The fabric is really padded and it folds with one hand. The best part is the step on the back(the aria doesn't have this) so your older child can step on and ride. The basket is decent size for a smaller stroller but you need to access from the front so I use the Maclaren stroller bag and hang across the handles. Anyway I would check out Albee Baby they are having great sales on the 2005 Peg Peregos now, I have ordered all my strollers from them and have been totally satisfied. --Good luck I am sure you will be happy with any of the ones on your list.

This would be for my DD, 7 months.

I have looked at the Pliko P3 but I didn't like the basket access from the front. I guess I'm picky. I want a nice size basket you can access from the rear. I do like the fabric selections that particular stroller comes in.

There are almost too many choices out there. :flower:

I have a Maclaren Techno XT and I love it. We still use it for my 48 lb 6 year old at WDW 4 years after we bought it. I can still steer with one hand and I like the shock absorbers on the wheels. I noticed that the Techno was not on your list. It's the same price as the Kate Spade Quest. The regular Quest is almost $100 cheaper than the one with the Kate Spade fabric. I'm not paranoid about having a stroller taken at WDW, but I wonder if a designer stroller might be too much of a temptation for some people. Good luck! I loved stroller shopping and went through 4 of them (including a Combi which didn't hold up to WDW) before I bit the bullet and bought the Mac.

Just bumping. :sunny:

I'm still undecided. Some of the Zooper strollers look nice, too.

I'll check out the Techno XT.
