Stroller as wheelchair and Disney buses

My son also uses his stroller as a wheelchair. I was stressed out about the same thing. Luckily, there was room on most buses. We only had one time (morning) where someone did offer us a seat. I would also recommend asking an entire section if anyone would give up their seat.

The other option is doing Minnie Van or Lyft during crowded times, or even renting a car. We loved the Minnie Van service. If it is available for your resort, you could use a Minnie Van when you anticipate a full bus.
