Guess what, It's another busy day today.

I've already started laundry. I need to go to Costco, clean bedrooms, take Katie to school, workout, make dinner, design invitations to my sister's baby shower, and pay attention to my daughter in there somewhere.
Yesterday was a great day. I did 4 miles on the treaddie, and dinner was yummy. Unfortunatley, it was really high in sodium, and I am definately retaining water. Major goal of the day is to

my water.

Meal plans for the day..
Breakfast+ 2 scrambled eggs
Lunch=ham and cheese rollups and small salad.
Dinner= Salad and dijon chicken
I might stop fo a coffee this afternoon, but will still be in carb count.
